The concept is applied in this software is proportional logic which in switch case concept. Proportional Logic is a chapter in discrete mathematics. In this case we take the concept of a switch case. By using these concepts, we create a java-based software to be a practical solution in determining the majors in college with a lot of options. With the use of proportional logic, the user is faced with the common choices. After the user selects an option on the options that are still common, the user will be directed at more specific choices and ultimately was found suitable for the user departments.
